A Flowtivity microsite
Good work needs
good handoffs.
This site brings Flowtivity’s workflow approach to boutique service and creative businesses in Burleigh Heads and nearby Gold Coast areas.
Who is behind this site?
Flowtivity.
One team to contact.
AI Consulting Burleigh is a service microsite owned and operated by Flowtivity. It explains a focused set of use cases; enquiries and any engagement are handled through flowtivity.ai.
The name describes the area this service content is written for. It does not mean there is a separate Burleigh office, an independent local agency, or an established list of Burleigh clients.
Any proposed work starts with a conversation about your process, systems and constraints. The suitable approach may include AI, conventional automation, clearer templates or a simpler handoff.
Our working principles
Understand the work
before choosing the tool.
Map a real example. Talk to the people doing it. Keep the messy exceptions in view.
Make the boundary
easy to see.
Distinguish a suggestion from an agreement and a draft from an approved commitment.
Judge the output
with the people using it.
Review useful examples and difficult ones. Keep a record of corrections and decide from evidence.
Local focus, honest scope
Designed for
small project teams.
A boutique service business often has different needs from a large contact centre. The useful unit of work can be one enquiry, one proposal or one project kickoff.
This site is written for Burleigh Heads businesses and nearby Gold Coast teams, including creative studios, consultancies and other services that deliver work through client projects. Examples throughout the site are illustrative and do not identify real clients or imply measured results.
Delivery format, timing, integrations and commercial terms are confirmed during scoping. Tell us about your team, where work gets stuck and what a useful outcome would look like.
The next useful conversation
Tell us where
the handoff hurts.
One process. One example. The person who knows the work.
